Terms of service

These terms govern a merchant's use of PO Simple, operated by Lumatra Technology. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

PO Simple helps Shopify merchants maintain supplier records, prepare and track purchase orders, generate PDF documents, and evaluate merchant-defined inventory replenishment rules. When a merchant confirms received quantities, PO Simple can add those quantities to the Shopify inventory location selected by the merchant.

Subscription and billing

PO Simple costs $6.99 USD per month. Shopify presents the charge and adds it to the merchant's Shopify invoice. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Merchants can cancel future renewals by uninstalling PO Simple. Shopify manages payment processing, billing records, and any applicable taxes or currency conversion.

Merchant review and responsibility

Reorder suggestions and automatically prepared purchase orders remain drafts. They are not binding supplier orders. You are responsible for reviewing quantities, prices, supplier details, taxes, shipping, and all other terms before sending a purchase order. PO Simple sends supplier email and updates received inventory only after a merchant initiates and confirms the applicable action.

Acceptable use

You must use PO Simple lawfully, keep your Shopify account secure, and have permission to store and use the supplier information you enter. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit malicious or unlawful content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PO Simple available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Shopify, email, hosting, and internet services may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. We may update the app and these terms as the service evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumatra Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, inventory shortages, or supplier disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and contact

You may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for unlawful or abusive use. Questions can be sent to support@lumatra.io.
